Subject: Fet temp snap amps
Hello.

I know this is a loaded question as results will vary.  But I've experimented alot with fets in power modules and was wondering what temps are typical reported for the snap amp.

Perhaps what is considered a good range and what is considered the you are messing things up

What are the limits for when the fans activate?  Just so I know what it is thinking

So far I've been around 30c when things are active

Hi Bill,

The SnapAmp Fans turn on at 40C and over temp faults at 70C.

Good to know.  Guessing the fault would open all fets and stop the system
